The people behind JXSFLOW.
Why JXSFLOW exists
We saw how much time is lost in small businesses on things nobody wants to do — and which everyone suffers under anyway. Tasks that recur without structure. Knowledge that stays in people's heads. Processes that only work because specific people carry them in their heads.
We're driven by a simple conviction: businesses should run, not just somehow function. The difference is structure. When the structure is right, "it kind of works" becomes "it runs, even when no one is watching".
We work directly, honestly, outcome-oriented. No pitch theatre, no deck battles. We look at what actually happens — and build what actually helps. If we think you don't need us, we say so.
— Joewan Salihi, Founder of JXSFLOW
Who's behind JXSFLOW
When this page says "we", it means two things: Joewan Salihi, who runs JXSFLOW — and a network of independent specialists who help deliver engagements. Together, they are the people behind JXSFLOW.
Joewan Salihi has spent most of his career making the back office work in small and mid-sized companies — as a branch manager with full P&L responsibility, building HR and compliance structures for operations of up to 80 people, and rolling out e-commerce and ERP systems. The same pattern kept showing up: processes that only lived in people's heads, and structures that collapsed the moment someone was unavailable. He founded JXSFLOW in 2024 to solve exactly that structurally, not case by case. He owns method and quality in every engagement and builds many of the tools, automations, and integrations himself — day-to-day delivery, including being your direct contact, can also sit with a vetted person from the network.
Accountability and method sit clearly with one person. But no knowledge lives in just one head: from day one, every engagement is documented with the same method we sell — SOPs, workflows, clean handovers. That's why any vetted person from the network can take over an engagement from the documentation — for overflow, during absences, or as your primary contact. And everything we build belongs to you anyway. The structure holds even when no one is watching.
The network
The network is made up of independent specialists for the areas JXSFLOW works in — operational support, process documentation, automation, and software development. Everyone works with the same method and the same documentation standard every engagement is run with. And the collaboration is contractually clean: processor agreements with subcontractors are documented.
